Le sucre des fruits et du yaourt engendre un pic de glyc\u00e9mie d\u00e9l\u00e9t\u00e8re le matin, suivi d\u2019une hypoglyc\u00e9mie entre 10 et 11h qui d\u00e9clenche une fringale \u00e0 laquelle on c\u00e8de souvent et qui nous emp\u00eache de mincir.<br>\u2192 <em>Le mieux le matin : un petit-d\u00e9jeuner sal\u00e9, qui fait le plein de prot\u00e9ines et bons lipides pour rester en forme toute la matin\u00e9e !<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#f70059\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>#5 &#8211; Les laits v\u00e9g\u00e9taux dans le th\u00e9 \/ caf\u00e9<\/strong><\/mark> : que le lait soit v\u00e9g\u00e9tal ou animal, il n\u2019est pas conseill\u00e9 d\u2019en ajouter dans vos boissons. Si les laits v\u00e9g\u00e9taux se dig\u00e8rent souvent mieux que le lait animal, ils sursollicitent l\u2019estomac par rapport \u00e0 une tasse de caf\u00e9 noir ou th\u00e9 neutre. Et cette action va affecter le m\u00e9tabolisme qui sera moins efficace pour br\u00fbler les graisses de r\u00e9serves.<br>\u2192 <em>Pour mincir, on boit le caf\u00e9 et le th\u00e9, sans ajout.
