The Undiet plan is the opposite of a traditional diet. Our diet does not starve, deprive, or frustrate the body, nor lay the grounds for a yo-yo effect.

FAQs

How does coaching plan work?

It all starts with a phone call with one of The Undiet Plan coaches, who will explain the basics of the program to you.

If you decide to sign up to an Undiet Plan 8-week coaching session with us, we will give you a set a start date for your program (there are monthly start dates at the moment). Our Undiet Plan coaching program lasts 8 weeks, when you will join a group of “coachees” and be monitored, motivated and supported daily by The Undiet Plan coaches.

We are always here to guide and advise you, whether you need a motivational boost, or need help choosing an item on the menu at a restaurant.

Upon completion of your 8-weeks program, you will be perfectly set to control your weight in the long-run, without any yo-yo effect. Our goal is to give you full control of your weight for the rest of your life!

Will I be hungry?

Our program is based on culinary pleasures and satiety. You will not be counting calories or weigh your foods, and you will eat as much as you feel is right for you. To this day, no Undiet participants has ever been hungry on the program!

Will I need to fast?

Intermittent fasting is optional in the program, but is by no means compulsory. You can decide to start intermittent fasting only if you wish to do so.

Is it compatible with sports training?

Although sport is not a prerequisite for weight loss with our method, we encourage you to pair our program with regular fitness training sessions, or any sport practice of your choice.

Can I still have a social life?

Eating out, visiting friends or going on business meals is an integral part of our lives, and our method can be tailored to your social and professional life. The Undiet Plan is fully compatible with meals out, and social and professional obligations.
